Under the industrial visit, 18 students of the School of Footwear Design & Production (FDP) of FDDI, Patna campus were taken to the factory at Competence Exports Pvt. Ltd., located at Hajipur, Bihar on 29th September 2023.
The visit provided an opportunity to the students to acquire knowledge regarding selection and usages of synthetic materials & products, chemical compositions, compounding, mixing, designing, production & marketing.
The students saw the production facilities and the real working environment located at the company where Ms. Dhanesh Prasad, Managing Director, Competence Exports Pvt. Ltd., was also present who interacted with the students and solved all their queries regarding footwear industry.
