On 15th September 2023, under the ‘Educational Trip’, a group of students from the Foundation Batch 2023 and Leather Goods and Accessories Design (LGAD) Batch 2020, visited the Kolkata Museum of Modern Art (KMOMA).
It is repository of many rare and unique specimen bringing modern and contemporary, national and international art together with performing arts, music, cinema, photography, literature, fine art and sculpture.
Inside the hallowed halls of KMOMA, the students encountered a kaleidoscope of artistic expressions. From contemporary masterpieces that pushed the boundaries of imagination to traditional artworks that whispered stories of a bygone era, the museum was a treasure trove of creativity.
The visit provided a platform for intellectual dialogue and multi-disciplinary interaction to the students who were accompanied by seasoned mentors, Mr. Rinsten Dorjee, Mr. Pradeep Srivastava, and Mrs. Anita Ray.
