‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ Campaign was held at all the campuses of FDDI from 15th September, 2023 to 2nd October, 2023.
‘Swachhata Pledge’ was administered by the senior officers of the campuses in the presence of all the staff & students.
The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi had launched the ambitious Clean India Programme, popularly known as ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ on 2nd October 2014.
With the aim of creating a clean India, it is necessary to bring change in our behaviour and mindset as this activity is not one time but, a continuous exercise. Following this as its guiding philosophy, ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ Campaign was held during which the staff of FDDI enthusiastically participated in the cleanliness drive.
All the staffs and students made commitment towards achieving the dream of Mahatma Gandhi for a clean society and country.
Under the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ Campaign, activities like Swachhata Pledge and pledge to weed out plastic, Poster making competition, Outdoor cleanliness drive, Indoor cleanliness drive with deep cleaning, Displayed Swachhta banner on the website, Sanitization of office premises, Felicitation of ‘Safai Mitras’ were undertaken.
