To help foster an environment of emotional connect, empathy and synergy among FDDI employees across all campus and levels, an ‘Employee Connect’ programme was organized at FDDI on 24th November 2023.
It was conducted at FDDI, Noida campus physically at its Digital Smart Classroom for employees of FDDI-Noida and employees of all other 11 campuses participated virtually from their Digital Smart Classrooms of their campuses.
‘Employee Connect’ programme was a mutual discussion platform that paved a way in creating a connected, involved, and productive workplace for concretizing the way forward so that the activities and focus of the functions remain aligned with the objectives of FDDI.
‘Employee Connect’ programme provided employees with an opportunity to voice their concern, express their issue and share their idea for attaining the organizational goal.
