Operational Exposure in Retailing for FDDI, Fursatganj students

For enhancing students’ learning, Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) is trying its level best and leaving no stone unturned.

In this regard FDDI, Fursatganj organized operational exposure in retailing for its students at Kolkata which commenced on November 6th 2017 and concluded on November 13th 2017.

The trip was aimed to equip the students with the practical know how of production, distribution and retailing processes of lifestyle products like garments, leather goods, fabrics etc.

The students visited to the famous Mothers Wax Museum (MWM), where they visualize the techniques of display, visual impact and the window creations deeply associated with the module of Visual Merchandising.

Established in November 2014, MWM is touted as the first wax museum in India. The students also got acquainted with the glimpses of life and the contribution of several noble and notable personalities of the world excelled in the field of arts, science, cinema, and social works.
