FDDI, Fursatganj staff amongst the panelist speakers during the ‘Women Economic Forum’
 
 

Ms. Urmila Kharkwal, Sr. Faculty of Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), Fursatganj was selected amongst the panelist speakers during the ‘Women Economic Forum’ (WEF) which was held from 16th to 21st May 2016 at Hotel Pullman, New Delhi.

 

WEF is an annual global event hosted by ALL Ladies League (ALL), the world’s largest league of women. ALL is an evolution of collaboration, fostering women’s economic empowerment, leadership and love with an all-inclusive global community of over 20,000 members with 450 global chapters, spanning 92 countries. Its overarching objective is to exponentially enhance women’s economic progression and leadership skills and to become active change agents in all spheres of self and society.

 

 

Ms. Urmila Kharkwal was a speaker panelist on the topic ‘Lifestyle Laws of Excellence’, where she spoke on how to live a life with her own experience through teaching.

 

WEF represents the coming together of collective minds, inspiring life stories, talents and resources expressed in the spirit of relentless positivity and generosity, cultivating invaluable business ideas and partnerships as well as embracing the genesis of life long bonds of sisterhood.

 

Ms. Urmila Kharkwal was a speaker panelist on the topic ‘Lifestyle Laws of Excellence’, where she spoke on how to live a life with her own experience through teaching.

 

Ms. Kharkwal, the Academic In-charge of the FDDI School of Retail & Fashion Merchandise (FSRFM) at Fursatganj especially takes care of the fashion related projects and excellence in creative visual merchandising display part. Apart from these, she is a sports person, a gymnast, State level archery champion and has won Asian -pacific Arm-wrestling competition too.

 

In her address, Ms. Kharkwal said that “Lifestyle is a composite of motivation, needs and wants and is influenced by factors such as culture, family, reference groups and social class.”

 

She further said that “The important thing is to find joy and sharing it with others. And in whatever ways we bring that into our life, it becomes an excellent life.”

 

The audiences were all ears to listen to the expert’s valuable inputs and her thoughts were appreciated by all.
