Subsequent to the Pre-Bid Conference on 15.03.2010 for Tender Ref. No. FDDI/ITSC/ITS/201002-002 dt. 04.03.2010 for Setting up of ITSC at FDDI, NOIDA and queries rose during the pre-bid conference and submitted later to our notice.

This is to inform that response to the queries sought by the participants of the pre-bid conference and to our notice is available as Annexure-PBR-2 for download at our website, http://www.fddiindia.com.

Consequently, the bid data sheet stands modified, with the last date for the submission of the tender document is extended till 1500 Hrs. on 1st April, 2010.

A guided tour of the site has been organized on 19.03.2010 between 1600 Hrs. and 1700 Hrs. IST.

Interested bidders may choose to participate. Only two (02) member representation per bidder is permitted upon registration. Registration will commence on 19.03.2010 at 1530 Hrs. and close at 1545 Hrs. IST at the reception.

A generalized format for query by participants has been designed as is available as Annexure-PBC-1 for download.  Queries should reach us on or before 17.03.2010, 2000 Hrs. IST in the prescribed format to contact@fddiindia.com and copy to fddi.nda@gmail.com only. Query(s) reaching late or query(s) not submitted in the prescribed will be summarily rejected.

Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), invites Sealed Tenders under Two Bid System (Technical and Commercial Bid) from OEMs/their certified partners / Authorized dealers / System Integrators for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of its Information Technology Services Center (ITSC) at its NOIDA Campus and upgradation of IT infrastructure.

Tender document may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 5500.00 (Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred only, Rs. 5000.00 + Rs. 500.00 Trade Tax) on all working days until 1100 Hours IST on March 25, 2010, demand draft in favour of FOOTWEAR DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE payable in NOIDA / New Delhi or in cash in Indian Rupees.

Tenders will be received up to 1500 Hours IST on March 25, 2010 at FDDI, NOIDA, which will be opened at 1530 Hours IST on March 25, 2010 in the presence of the representatives of the bidder choosing to participate.
