FDDI continued its commitment to capacity building and professional development through Rashtriya Karmayogi training sessions across its campuses in September 2025.
On 3rd September 2025, the FDDI Chennai Campus hosted a session facilitated by Dr. D. Anita Rachel and Mr. Rishabh Gupta. Participants engaged in interactive activities designed to instill the core values of a true Karmayogi—dedication, integrity, and selflessness. The session emphasized teamwork, practical application, and experiential learning, with collaborative exercises, thought-provoking discussions, and real-world scenarios encouraging participants to reflect on their roles and align their contributions with institutional goals while upholding ethical standards.
Following this, on 11th September 2025, the FDDI Fursatganj Campus conducted a workshop led by Mr. Sanjay Jha from FDDI Noida. The workshop focused on enhancing professional skills and workplace effectiveness, with attendees actively participating in interactive sessions that explored methodologies to improve productivity, personal development, and overall professional effectiveness.
These initiatives, aligned with the Government of India’s Mission Karmayogi, aim to foster a culture of continuous learning, professional excellence, and nation-building. By investing in such programs, FDDI empowers its workforce to reach their full potential while contributing to a more skilled, adaptable, and ethical professional environment.
