Published in the International Journal of Sciences and Innovation Engineering (IJSCI), Volume 2, Issue 9, September 2025 (ISSN: 3049-0251), the study underscores the critical role of quality management in ensuring product reliability, minimizing defects, and enhancing competitiveness in both domestic and global footwear markets.
The research delves into key challenges faced by the industry, including variability in raw materials, dependence on labour, global supply chain complexities, and the growing demand for sustainable practices.
