All classrooms are made not only to just create an atmosphere that is conducive to learning but, in a sense to nurture the quest for knowledge that the students posses. All classrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with all modern teaching aids. These include multimedia notebooks, LCD & O/H projectors, cordless microphones and speakers, etc. The campus also extends the facility of virtual class rooms and video conferencing.
To inculcate high end practical based training in the area of Retail Management and Fashion Merchandising and to develop future leaders in Visual Communication, the campus is equipped with latest technology predominantly used in the Industry. The Visual Merchandising Lab at FDDI-Jodhpur is equipped with the different hardware which is being used for display whereby the students can integrate themselves with practical learning.
The Computer Lab is served by a dedicated 4 Mbps lease line from reputed Internet Service Provider in India. It is fully air-conditioned, well maintained lab. It is of notable importance to the students as they can access innumerable informative and educational sites from within the premises. The campus is wireless and offering all-round Wi-Fi Internet access to students and faculty round the clock. FDDI-Jodhpur campus is equipped with Wi-Fi Internet connectivity and gigabyte optic fiber backbone with hi-speed lease line connectivity that provide students, 24x7 easy access to communication highway.
FDDI-Jodhpur campus has a library with books from all over the world. The library subscribes to Indian and foreign journals and magazines. The Institute provides adequate library facility for the students. The library includes the air-conditioned reading hall and has calm atmosphere so that the students can concentrate on their work. The Library provides various collection of books, other printed materials, and in some cases special materials such as manuscripts, newspapers and other sources of information of the Fashion, Design, Technology, Retail and related industry. It also has a wide collection of project reports and case studies; moreover it houses more than 5000 books and periodicals.

All students in this Institute have unrestricted access to the Library and can use educational aids and facilities, such as DVD players, LCDs and Overhead Projectors, for project work and presentations.
Jodhpur campus has a cutting and closing lab. In these labs footwear leather is shaped in machine. These labs provide hands-on practice on different type of machines which shapes the leather. In cutting lab machines cuts leather in different shapes and then footwear is designed. In closing lab cutting leather is designed like its sole and etc.
The Design Labs provide students with computers equipped with applications. Students have access to software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In design, Quark Express, Flash, Dreamweaver, and After Effects. The Design labs give students an opportunity to acquire skills in digital painting and animation, and use of professional digital still and video cameras.
Fashion labs at FDDI-Jodhpur campus have equipment for garment manufacturing. The Fashion School has labs for Pattern Making, Production and Textile Designing. They are equipped with custom-made tables, imported industrial sewing machines and a variety of other professional equipment.
To ensure international training and delivery across the programmers/campuses, state-of-art workshop and labs are functional in each area of operations so that the students can be introduced to the latest global technology (inclusive of software, machineries and equipments), systems and standards and get hands on training. FDDI-Jodhpur courses involves creating a small coordinated collection following an alternative/experimental path and starting from the construction of a "garment-shape" aiming to bring out the very best from the students and helping them to achieve what they want to communicate in the most effective and creative way. In the second phase of the workshop, students, as observers and through specific research on art, fashion, architecture, design, nature, communication will develop their own concept, unique and personal, that will give birth to the collection and then will be shown how to present and illustrate their ideas to maximum effect.
Design studio for upcoming professionals: - The Institute is proud to be pioneer in terms of the most high tech education and infrastructure such as the Design studio & CAD/CAM Lab equipped with most modern and sophisticated machineries and software like 2D & 3D CAD Systems, CAM Systems, Productivity Lab, Sampling Room etc. to nurture the world-class designers for the industry.
A designer is not a pattern maker but he should know all the technical requirements of making up his garments (draping or flat cutting), footwear in order to communicate with the preparation of his collections but as knowing how to sketch models

Hostel at FDDI-Jodhpur offers spacious, hygienic and secure facility both for boys & girls separately. The rooms are properly ventilated and provided with fans, tube lights and necessary furniture. Each student is provided a cot, a chair, a table, and cupboard (locker). It has recreation rooms equipped with color TV set, music system, facilities like RO system, dining halls and indoor games to enhance the physical activities of the students.
Rooms are well furnished and students are required to bring only their personal belongings (including bedding for all seasons). Moreover, the hostel is offered on first-cum-first serve basis.
All round development is essential for any educational institution and FDDI is committed towards providing a variety of sports and recreational facilities to its students. The campus have indoor sport complex within the campus having table tennis, badminton courts etc. The institute also conducts regular yoga and meditation classes.
