Recruitment for Non-Academic posts

CORRIGENDUM

  1. The last date for receiving the applications for various posts against advertisement no. FDDI/HO/10(1)/HR/ADVT/2018 dated 4th October 2018 has been extended to 26th October 2018.

  2. The revised criteria for the post of GM (HR) and DGM (Civil), along with the revised terms and conditions in reference to relaxation of aggregate marks and age for SC/ST/OBC candidate for the various non-academic posts.

FDDI is an Institute of National importance under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. With its establishment since 1986 FDDI is playing a key role in imparting education, facilitating the Indian industry by bridging the skill gap in the areas of Footwear, Leather Accessory & life style products. FDDI invites applications from talented and experienced professionals to join FDDI at the following Non-Academic Posts on contractual basis for a period of three years:

Notes:

·  Number of seats in the respective positions in the respective departments shall be decided based on the requirement of the Institution. Filing of application does not confer any right on the candidate for appointment.

·    Selection shall be based on the competency in the specific area in which FDDI is seeking to recruit, performance of the candidate in the interview etc.

·  Appointees are liable to be posted at any of the 12 campuses of FDDI i.e. Noida, Fursatganj, Rohtak, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Chhindwara, Guna, Ankleshwar and Patna. Employees of FDDI are liable to be transferred as per the requirement of the Institute.

·     Candidates applying for multiple positions need to submit separate applications.

·     Appointment will be on contractual basis for an initial period of 3 years. Contract can be terminated by either parties with a notice period of 1 month during the probation period or with a notice period of 3 months after probation.

·         Rules and regulations of FDDI shall be applicable on the appointed candidate.

·         Upper Age limit provided is as on 1.4.2018.

·   The  qualifying marks  in  the  respective  educational  qualifications  of PG Diploma/Post Graduate/Graduate Degree shall  be  55% mark(s)  equivalent  grades with  consistently  good  academic  record. However, 5% relaxation in aggregate marks shall be given to SC/ST Candidates.

·         The PG Diploma/Degree shall be at  least 2  years  duration  respectively.

·        Degree/Diplomas shall be full time  course  from  an  institute  of national/international  

            repute.

·         Pay and allowances will be fixed commensurate with the applicant’s qualification, experience and current pay.

·         Age limit shall not apply to persons who are employees of FDDI as regular/ contractual/ consultant etc. but not as Ad-hoc employees and continue to be employees of FDDI as on last day of submission of application.

·         Age limit relaxation, to SC/ST candidates shall be five years and three years for OBC Candidates.

·         FDDI Employees as above shall apply directly and not through proper channel.
