Webinar on ‘Resume Building’ & e-workshop on ‘Personal Interview’ held at FDDI Fursatganj, campus

Using electronic and digital platforms as best medium of communication in the post the COVID-19 era, a webinar on the topic ‘Resume Building’ was held on 26th June 2021 at Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), Fursatganj campus. In concurrence, an e- workshop on ‘Personal Interview’ was also conducted on 29th June 2021.

Ms. Nikita Chaudhary was the resource person for the webinar on ‘Resume Building’ who is Training and Development Professional based in Toronto, Canada having an experience of over 6 years with Corporates and Educational Institutes. She is also a founder of Skillset by Nikita, a platform that focuses on helping fresh grads and University students become job ready.


During a presentation, Ms. Nikita gave few essential tips and tricks to the students to help avoid mistakes and build an effective and perfect profile, focusing on the perspective of a hiring manager.

Subsequent to this, an e- workshop on ‘Personal Interview’ was conducted by Mr. Vikarm Singh, Corporate Trainer & Communication Expert on 29th June 2021.

Mr. Singh has been associated with many international forms and has been conducting various workshops over leadership, speech crafts. He has experience of around 10-12 years with several corporate training institutions and educational institutions like Junior Chamber International (JCI), Rae Bareli (International Organization of Individual Development, Business Promotions & Training) and Indian People's Theatre Association (IPTA) etc.


Mr. Singh said that conversation with the interviewer must be meaningful and to the point. He briefed about simple tricks to succeed at personal interviews and to land to one’s dream job.

FDDI School of Footwear Design and Production (FSFDP), Fursatganj campus had organized the webinar in joint association with Workshopaholic & the e- workshop for the final year students who will be placed in the companies.
