For upgrading the skill of staff members, a Staff Development Program on ‘Digital Presentation Graphics’ was held at Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), Fursatganj campus.
Sixteen participants attended this program which was organized by the Department of Fashion Design, FDDI – Fursatganj from August 04 to 11, 2020.
Industry guide, Mr. Suresh Sharma, Director Sales – North, OPPO Mobile Telecomm India informed the participants on how to create highly stylized images for slide shows and reports to show or explain a concept to an audience.
He informed that “Digital presentation is an important part of business/official activities to convey information and other working procedures. With current trends of digital working culture, we need to enhance our working standards in official activities and documentation. In this regards digital presentation can play a crucial role in upgrading manpower skills and working standards.”
The participants were given lectures, demonstration and hands on experience with presentation techniques, tools, software and internet procedures. The participants had learning experience with graphics, presentation software, layout design, typography and editing through assignment given. Microsoft office applications, Adobe Photoshop and internet file operation were taught during the sessions.
With the inception of Digital India Mission by Government of India, digital presentation can accentuate the working culture at par with global standards in India.
