On 13th March 2023, Mr. Arun Kumar Sinha, IAS, Managing Director (MD), Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) inaugurated the online web portal of ‘FDDI Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (FGRAMS)’.
FGRAMS is a tool to enhance efficiency & effectiveness and achieve good governance that helps in redressal of grievance, maintain transparency which shall yield better operational results.
On this occasion, all the senior officials of the organization were present.
FGRAMS is an online platform available 24x7 to all the FDDI students and staff to lodge their grievances to FDDI on any subject related to FDDI service delivery.
It is a complete end to end online single portal connected to all the campuses of FDDI located at Noida, Fursatganj, Chennai, Kolkata, Rohtak, Chhindwara, Guna, Jodhpur, Ankleshwar, Banur, Patna and Hyderabad wherein every campus has role-based access to this system.
The status of the grievance filed in FGRAMS can be tracked with the unique Grievance ID provided at the time of registration of the complainant. The online web portal of FGRAMS is active on web link https://grievance.fddiindia.com or https://fddiindia.com/grievance-cell.php
