On 22nd August 2025, the students of FDDI, Jodhpur Campus visited the workshop of Mr. Jakir Husain, a National Award-winner artisan celebrated for his exceptional craftsmanship in bone and horn.
The visit provided students with valuable first-hand exposure to the intricate processes, dedication, and creativity that sustain India’s rich artistic heritage. Mr. Husain shared his journey, insights into craftsmanship, and the challenges of preserving traditional techniques in the modern era.
