Faculty members of FDDI, Hyderabad Campus participated in the fourth edition of the Hyderabad Retail Summit (HRS 2025) held on 06th August 2025 at Hotel ITC Kohenur, Hyderabad. The summit was hosted by the Retailers Association of India (RAI) and brought together prominent leaders and professionals from the retail industry.
HRS 2025 featured insightful panel discussions on key themes such as The Future of Retail and How to Futureproof Ourselves; Managing Margins While Scaling; Brand Building & Customer Loyalty in the Digital Age; Marketing & Omnichannel Mastery; Adapting to Changing Retail Technology; and Navigating CX: Building Loyalty Through Customer Experience.
The summit served as a platform for building professional connections, exchanging ideas, and exploring avenues for collaboration with industry leaders. It provided faculty members with valuable exposure to emerging trends, challenges, and innovations shaping the retail sector.
Such active participation in industry forums is expected to create meaningful opportunities for students and the institute, including internships, industry visits, guest lectures, and collaborative projects that strengthen academia–industry linkages.
