FDDI remains committed to the promotion and advancement of Hindi in line with the objectives of the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs.
At the 49th meeting of the Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC-Office), Noida, held on 26th August 2025 at the Kalyan Singh Auditorium, National Institute of Open Schooling, FDDI Noida was awarded the Second Prize under the Official Language Shield Scheme for its outstanding work in the implementation of Hindi.
The award was presented by Mr. Ashutosh Gautam, Chairman, TOLIC, and received on behalf of the Institute by Colonel Pankaj Kumar Sinha, Secretary, FDDI, along with Mr. Chandra Prakash, Hindi Officer. The event was also graced by Dr. Pragya Kandpal, Member Secretary, and other dignitaries.
Notably, FDDI’s half-yearly progress report in Hindi was reviewed during the meeting, where the Institute was placed in Category ‘A’, reaffirming its consistent efforts in promoting the use of Hindi.
