Rashtriya Karmayogi Training at FDDI, Noida Campus

A one-day Rashtriya Karmayogi Training was conducted for FDDI’s Non-Academic Team on 01st September 2025, at the Noida Campus Digital Room.

The training was skillfully facilitated by Mr. Tushar and Mr. Madhukant, who guided the participants through a series of engaging activities designed to promote the values and principles of a true Karmayogi — one who performs their duties with dedication, integrity, and selflessness.

The session emphasized teamwork, practical application, and experiential learning, enabling participants to internalize the core ethos of the Karmayogi mission. Through collaborative exercises, thought-provoking discussions, and real-world scenarios, attendees were encouraged to reflect on their roles within the institution and explore how they could contribute more effectively to organizational goals while upholding ethical standards.

This initiative is a part of the broader vision under the Mission Karmayogi launched by the Government of India, aimed at transforming the capacity-building landscape of the civil services. The training at FDDI Noida follows the Master Rashtriya Karmayogi Training program conducted earlier, wherein selected representatives from all FDDI campuses were trained as Master Trainers to cascade the knowledge and values of the Karmayogi framework across the institution.

The successful conduct of this session at Noida is a testament to FDDI’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional excellence, and nation-building among its workforce.
