A webinar on ‘HR Policies and Procedures/Systems’ was successfully organized by the HR-HQ, NOIDA team under the guidance of Mr. Anil Kumar, Advisor HR of Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), NOIDA campus on 05th February 2021.
The webinar was conducted for all the Centre In-Charges and HR Coordinators across campuses with an objective to discuss the FDDI HR Policies & Systems as they provide structure, control, consistency, fairness to the system and they also ensure compliance with employment legislation and inform employees of their responsibilities and the Organization expectations.
The webinar was attended by 25 participants.
