FDDI solemnly observed Martyrs’ Day (Shaheed Diwas) on 30th January 2026, paying heartfelt tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and all martyrs who laid down their lives for the nation.
In accordance with the directives of the Government of India and the Ministry of Home Affairs, a two-minute silence was observed at 11:00 a.m. across all the campuses. During this time, all academic and administrative activities were paused as faculty members, staff, and students stood together in silent tribute, reflecting on the ideals of truth, non-violence, and selfless service upheld by the Father of the Nation.
The observance served as a moment of collective reflection and reaffirmed FDDI’s deep respect for national values. It also highlighted the Institute’s continued commitment to nurturing civic responsibility, constitutional awareness, and a spirit of unity, peace, and patriotism.
